Def: a person who is accused or convicted of an extraditable crime and who will be sent back to the country where the crime was commited
Example: Bail may be granted to a possible extraditee only upon a clear and convincing showing (1) that he will not be a flight risk or a danger to the community; and (2) that there exist special, humanitarian and compelling circumstances.
