Example: 1. England, for example, requires the presence of a legal advocate during police questioning of a person with an intellectual impairment.

Example: 2. Identifying alcohol impairment is usually conducted using a breathalyzer test. Definite impairment beings in the range of .03 to just below .10. (A BAC level of .10 means that alcohol makes up one-tenth of one percent of the person's blood.)
